Yesterday I was on the front bench along side fellow Notts MP Mark Spencer for the final stages of the The Animal Welfare (Livestock Exports) Bill.

I’m extremely concerned about the repeated flooding we’ve had in Cropwell Butler this year, despite work to improve the drainage system.

Cllr Matt Barney and I have also been in East Leake visiting a local business that's been flooded several times in the last year.

On Nottingham Road in Gotham, where I've been speaking to Chris who has had flooding in his own home and is doing an amazing job coordinating a team of local champions to act as a flood warden team.

Over the past few months I have been campaigning with Cllr Matt Barney for better broadband coverage across the whole of Sutton Bonington.

Today I met with the CEO of Trent Barton along with Cllr Geoff Baker, Cllr John Cottee to discuss residents frustrations over the last few months with the reliability of the Keyworth service.
