Today I met with the CEO of Trent Barton along with Cllr Geoff Baker, Cllr John Cottee to discuss residents frustrations over the last few months with the reliability of the Keyworth service.
We talked about the recent survey result from my survey which showed that: 77% of respondents are either very dissatisfied or somewhat dissatisfied with the current service. With over 89% saying that they do use ‘the Keyworth’ service as the main form of public transport I have been keen to talk to them about bringing improvements to the service.
We now have an action plan to help improve the service and I’ll be writing to residents after Christmas to update them fully.
