As the pandemic continues, I want to make sure that I am being proactive in hearing about local transport infrastructure. From road to rail, I want to hear your thoughts on what more needs to be done to improve transport across Rushcliffe.
Since starting my campaign, I have been working with residents in Radcliffe on Trent to urge EMR and the Government to expand and improve the services at Radcliffe Railway Station. EMR have announced some significant improvements to the services offered at Radcliffe Railway Station in their May 2021 timetable which you can read about here, but there is still work to be done to drastically improve the station facilities. You can help by filling in my 'Radcliffe Rail Survey' here.
Also in Radcliffe with local residents, I have been in regular contact with Highways England to ensure the proper data considerations have been taken into account before any work progresses on the A52 Bingham Road Junction
In addition, I been working with other local MPs to put pressure on Highways England to open as many lanes as possible on Clifton Bridge.
