30 hours free childcare expanded for children over the age of nine months
Tax relief for businesses investments worth £25 billion over three years. This means for every pound a company invests, their taxes are cut by up to 25p.
Extending the Energy Price Guarantee at £2,500 for three months
12 new investment zones, including one in the East Midlands to drive growth in our Region. Each zone will have access to interventions worth £80m over five years, including tax reliefs and grant funding.
Duty on draught beer has been frozen, with a new guarantee that means draught duty will always be less than duty in the supermarkets
£20 billion for carbon capture storage projects, helping to decarbonise our economy and reach net zero by 2050 and maximising economic opportunities
£5 billion extra for our defence budget with £33 million to support veterans
Fuel Duty frozen for the 13th year in a row, saving the average driver around £200
