Was lovely to see BeadaMoss "R", Micropropagation Services Ltd. again at their propagation site in Leicestershire recently.
BeadaMoss are playing a very important role in restoring peatlands across the country with their sphagnum moss. Peatlands play a vital role in trapping carbon and providing a wealth of benefits for our environment, including better water quality and natural flood management.
Last week, the government announced over £16 million to help restore 35,000 hectares of peatland in England. This will be the first round of over £50 million for peat restoration through our Nature for Climate Peatland Grant Scheme.
